Your Firewall, and Proxy Servers, and Antivirus Software must allow outgoing http and https connections,
on TCP ports 80 and 443, to the URLs and IP addresses shown here:
====SYSTEM==== | =======URL======= b> | =====IP=====
PROD (Live or Training Mode) | agentmax.allianztravelinsurance.com | 205.138.146.79
PROD (Alternate Datacenter) | agentmax.allianztravelinsurance.com | 205.140.224.38
UAT (actual testing, not training) | uatagentmax.allianztravelinsurance.com | 205.138.146.80 |
The Alternate Datacenter IP address may be returned by DNS in the future, in the event of failure, or whenever it
is necessary to shut down the Primary Datacenter for maintenance. Please include it in your firewall settings as well,
to prevent possible outages.
The user must not be required to log into the proxy server to obtain access to the above addresses.
Please note that if a proxy server is required, then AgentMax must be informed of its address.
A button in
the lower-left corner of one of the setup program panels opens a window where this info can be entered.
Alternatively, the address can be placed here in the registry:
